schedule closing day for Wednesday for a few reasons

It is Closing Day!
I prefer to schedule closing day for Wednesday for a few reasons.

1. We will close on a weekday which makes it convenient to switch over utilities and avoid interuptions on the weekend.

2.There are less closings on Wednesdays so we are sure to get the attention to detail that you deserve.

3. In case there are unforeseen delays we will most likely still close by Friday instead of “next week”.

I want to personally Thank YOU.
